ABOUT
Zeinab is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who offers a compassionate and collaborative space for clients navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, life transitions/challenges and relationships. She works with individuals who often find themselves caught in recurring patterns—whether in relationships, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm—and helps them explore these experiences with curiosity and care.
Drawing on several approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person Centered and more, Zeinab tailors her sessions to meet each client’s unique needs. Her work emphasizes slowing down, tuning inward, and uncovering what lies beneath the surface to foster meaningful, lasting change.
Zeinab believes therapy is not about quick fixes but about building trust, self-awareness, and resilience. She aims to create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can release self-doubt, learn healthier ways to cope, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
